If any copyright or usage fee for the uploaded images and video content of video links is involved the user (as this is the artist-info.com account holder) who uploads them is the sole responsible to pay for it or must be able to state by written consent the release from charges what so ever.
artist-info.com excludes with no exception any responsibility for any copyright fees, charges or duties related to uploaded text, images or video links from YouTube® and/or vimeo® by user.
Any user who includes video links related to YouTube® or vimeo® must explicitly and in each detail comply with terms and conditions and Privacy Policy of these sources.

Because content owners have the right to change their mind about how their content is displayed on our site, it\'s possible that content that was once allowed is subsequently blocked. Also, it is possible that multiple parties hold rights to different components (e.g. audio, video, text, music) of a copyrighted work. While one owner may allow the use of their material on YouTube®, another may decide to disallow use.

If you have cleared the rights to use certain copyrighted material in your video, you may want to alert the original content owner of your video\'s title and address on YouTube®, vimeo® and artist-info.com, to avoid a mistaken removal. If your video is removed in error, you have the option to request a retraction from the claimant or submit a counter notification.

It is your responsibility to know the laws in your country, and to understand fair use before you decide to make a video incorporating copyrighted content without permission. If you choose to do so, and your video is removed by the copyright owner, it is even more important that you understand your position before deciding to submit a copyright counter-notification.

You may not upload videos containing ads that are displayed before, during, or after the video unless given prior written permission from an authorized member of the artist-info.com staff. Videos with advertisements in them will be removed. You may not upload videos pertaining to multi-level marketing (MLM), get-rich-quick schemes, cash gifting, work-from-home businesses, or any other dubious money-making ventures. You may not upload product promotions or sales videos such as real estate walkthroughs. Television stations may not use artist-info.com to redistribute their programming. We reserve the right to allow the uploading of certain commercial content for businesses which have coordinated sponsored advertising campaigns or other partnerships with artist-info.com.

Registered user of artist-info.com understands that certain types of content are not permitted on artist-info.com. You may not upload sexually explicit material or pornography. Non-sexual nudity is allowed.
You may not upload videos that incite hatred; include defamatory or discriminatory speech; or depict unlawful acts or extreme violence.
You may post videos of yourself on TV, as long as you have permission to upload and the video depicts only your involvement in the program.
You may not upload videos that are clips or compilations of scenes from TV programs or movies.
You may not upload captures of video games or game-play, even if edited.

General provisions
Changes and replacements - This Agreement replaces all earlier agreements between the parties; in particular, no further rights can be derived from any earlier purchases.
artist-info.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions of use periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these terms and conditions of use are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes
Applicable law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction - The contractual relationship is subject to the terms of this Agreement and, in addition, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all disputes under this Agreement are the registered office of Poller Media GmbH - artist-info.com, provided that the Customer is a businessman or legal person under public law. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 4-11-1980 (CISG) is contracted out.
Severability clause - Should individual terms of this Agreement be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to later circumstances or should a loophole emerge in this Agreement, the legal effectiveness of the other provisions is not affected. The invalid contractual provision shall be replaced or the loophole filled by an appropriate provision which comes as close as possible to what the parties to the Agreement would have wanted, had they considered the point.
